  6. I also just noticed that my Proaudio 3D soundcard is sharing IRQ7 with the 
  7. parallel port....wonder if that could have anything to do with the problem? 
  8. When I installed the card I tested it at every  other IRQ, and couldn't get 
  9. 16bit sound, so I'm reluctant to change it. Sigh. Guess I'll be calling NewTek 
  10. on Monday and welcomimg them to the wonderful world of supporting the Wintel 
  11. platform...
